There are three main lakes and two large ponds.

Specimen One Lake. This tree and reed lined lake is 6.5 acres in size, weed free. The lake holds a large head of stunning hard-fighting carp, average size 12 lb to 30 lb, several mid to late 30’s – the lake record stands at 40 lb 4 oz. Night and day tickets available, registration required.
Specimen Two Lake. Want a bend in the rod anytime of the year? Then this is the lake for you! Holding a huge head of stunning, hungry hard fighting carp. Lake record stands at 30 lb 2 oz. Night and day tickets available.
Match Lake. Available for day fishing as well as club matches. Open matches Thursdays and Sundays. 41 pegs available match pegging maximum 26 pegs.
Woodland Pond. This very large pond is the one to teach the children to fish, ideal for families to have fun. This is well established with three islands and loads of room. Carp to 7 lb, tench etc.
The venue is safe and secure with over 2000 meters of security fencing, onsite tackle shop where you purchases your ticket and bait/tackle. Secure parking and clean toilets.



A12 Cuton Lakes is approximately 14 miles from junction 28 of the M25. Take exit 28 off M25 and head east on the A12. After junction 18 you will pass the lake to your right. Exit A12 at junction 19. At large service area roundabout take 2nd exit on to A130 Colchester Road (to the right of the Royal Mail Building). At the next large roundabout take 1st exit on to B1137 Colchester Road. At the next small roundabout take 2nd exit i.e. straight over. At the next large roundabout take 1st exit (B&Q on left) in to Cuton Hall Lane. At the next small roundabout take 1st exit in to Chelmer Village Way. Go straight over the next three small roundabouts and after the third roundabout take the 1st left in to Sandford Mill Road, look for Brown Sign (Sandford Mill), or T.W. Sewage treatment works. Continue along narrow road until you come to two Red signs in front of T. W. Sewage treatment works that say Caution Speed Ramps. Turn right into Brook End Road in the direction of Brown and Yellow Sign (Sandford Mill) – ignore the dead end sign.
