The VMC 75 Series Light Trebles come under the beady eye of Angler's Mail tackle editor Richard Howard. He's the No.1 products inspector, checking out loads of quality kit every week.
WHEN you’re looking for a treble hook to pair up with a light lure or livebait presentation that requires finesse, the VMC 75 Series 7552 pattern has it covered.
Made in France by lure aces VMC, these fine wire, forged, high-carbon steel trebles are needle sharp.
Ideal for tapping into the predatory instincts of perch, zander and chub, they are available in sizes 1 through to 16 – the smallest treble I can remember featuring in the ‘Mail. With handy sizes 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 in between, they’d be useful for replacing damaged trebles on light lures, as well as for bait fishing.
VMC offer a 7552B barbless pattern, to comply with the rules on a lot of commercials.
Price: £4.49-£5.49 a pack.
