The Spro Neoprene Hip Waders comes under the beady eye of Angler's Mail tackle editor Richard Howard. He's the No.1 products inspector, checking out loads of quality kit every week.
I THOUGHT I would share these Spro Neoprene Hip Waders with you, which I didn’t come across until recently.
They could help you to get a bit more access to get to where the fish are holding up, even if it’s a better trotting line or rolling meat line on rivers. You might want a water shot with a new PB catch, or to use them for getting a better angle on a fish in a weedy shallow swim.
They’re hip waders, not chesties, and they come complete with 4 mm rubber boots, but it’s the way they are secured that’s a bit different. They tighten on the thigh with large, wraparound Velcro straps, rather than a suspender-type arrangement.
So you can have them folded down and open, ready to jump into if you might need them on an overnighter. They’re available in sizes 7 -13.
