The Maver MVR Seat Box comes under the beady eye of Angler's Mail tackle editor Richard Howard! He's the No.1 products inspector, checking out loads of quality kit every week.
The Maver MVR Seat Box is Maver’s flagship seatbox for 2017, built on a ‘floating H- frame’, allowing you to adjust the height for maximum comfort.
The MVR has also been designed as a four-leg, not a six-leg, system, without compromising on stability and strength, thanks to the round anodised 30 mm telescopic legs. The design offers more in the way of leg room, and it’s easier to set-up.
There’s also an interesting hinge/clip system, helping to prevent accidental damage if any of the units are dropped. The package also comes with a free flow sliding footplate.
It comes with two front drawers and a cross drawer, a 40 mm stacking module with a lid and handle, and under the seat you’ll find a tray for pole winders, complete with 20 winders.
Other features include a padded, anti-memory seat cushion, large adjustable, stainless steel mud feet, spirit levels and a facility to take an optional wheel kit or side footplate. It’s a nice looking box in my opinion.
