SCOTLAND is most noted for its excellent game fishing but top fly angler Paul Devlin plus pals showed the perch potential with a string of stunning stripys.

Glasgow Angling Centre managing director Paul and co-worker Jamie Woods latest session on Loch Lubnaig produced over 100 quality perch including a four-pounder, 12 over 3 lb and dozens of two-pounders.

And the four-mile long day ticket loch near Callander, Central, could easily see a new Scottish perch record matted soon as the official national record is just 4 lb 14 oz.
