A CARP angler has claimed the joint second biggest tench of all time at 14 lb 8 oz – and now there’s a real chance it could smash the record as it was a spawned out female.
Experts believe it could obliterate Darren Ward’s 2001 15 lb 3 oz 6 dr British best if caught next spring.
