    Hello the Mail.
I was late getting this weeks issue,(sept 6, 11), But I’m glad not to have missed it. Seeing a photo of “safe hands” Seaman was a lovely surprise. He’s one of the most respected sportsmen in the UK. I’d like to say “thank you”, to Ben Weir for reporting Dave,s impressive Barbel catch. He may be invisible to football pitches these days, but I for 1 am happy to see one of Englands best loved football stars in the pulic eye once again. And what a bonus; it’s in the mail too. Tough on his mates for blanking though.
Maybe this could be the start of something of a feature; having people from all other sports showing the less pollitcal side of fishing, and bringing the fun element back into our fave passtime.
    Thanks again Anglers Mail.
    Bless you all,
    G-Nash.
