Angler’s Mail magazine has named its angling poems of the year, 2010.

Back in July, readers were invited to write and submit their original angling poem, with conservation being one of the themes to consider.

Entries closed at the end of November and a bulging postbag of posted entries and emails was judged.

Read and enjoy the top three in full in the new issue, cover-dated December 21/28.

To hear the top three set to music, by ace guitarist and Izaak Walton expert, Paul Brett, then you should go to ANGLERSMAILTV
