AZZER STEELE caught this record-rocking 1 lb 3 oz dace from Lancashire’s River Ribble after his usual venue the River Dee was flooded.

Azzer trotted maggot during a session with nephew Danny Bellfield, a web blogger.

The British dace record is 1 lb 5 oz 2 dr caught in 2002 by Simon Ashton on the River Wear in County Durham.
