A FUNDRAISING scheme in memory of a young ultra-keen carp angler who tragically died recently has already hit over £1,500 as tributes have poured across the internet.

David Moss, 16, from Knypersley in Staffordshire, had a seizure and drowned at Moreton Fishery in the same county.

Fit David was a keen footballer and strong swimmer and was a member of the Carp Crusaders angling page on Facebook.

The Crusaders are putting together the money for his family to decide which charity or memorial to give it to.
