GARETH GOLDSON continued his great run of form with an amazing opening day to the river season where he landed three 5 lb-plus chub from different rivers.
The 27-year-old, who has enjoyed a great spring for tench including catching a Norfolk record 12 lb 5 oz tinca, showed his versatility by catch his terrific trio of chub on different tactics.
Gareth, head coach of Cromer tennis club, had one on bolt-rigged boilies, one on light fly tackle and a third on floating crust.
