THE five-hour World match fishing record has been broken in amazing style – and by TWO different anglers on two different waters!

 

The five-hour match record has been obliterated with hauls of 793 lb 10 oz and 849 lb respectively.

Mike Head smashed the previous record for East Sussex’s Framfield Park with 793 lb 10 oz.

And Garbolino-backed Gary Huth (pictured above), who runs Promaster Tackle in Barkingside, took  849 lb in a five-hour match at Tylers Common in Essex.
