EVERY DAY we are revealing the exciting new team of bloggers lined up for this website, www.anglersmail.co.uk
Very soon (from Monday, July 30) we’ll be having live blogs, one a day, covering the whole spectrum of modern coarse angling.
Today, Angler’s Mail gives a warm welcome here to the Korum crew, who will be part of the BIG FISH blog team.
Read on, and check back for more bloggers’ introductions, in their own words…
THE KORUM BIG FISH BLOG IS COMING!
AS UK’s leading coarse fishing brand, we at Korum pride ourselves on fast-paced development of top fishing tackle. But we couldn’t get that tackle to such high standards without a core team of experienced angling consultants. A team who are constantly out there catching big fish.
Within our group we’ve got a great mix of guys. From the consistent and prolific Duncan Charman, to the genial and often hilarious Chris Ponsford. They’re both pictured on the right.
There’s Talk Sport radio host and journalist Nigel Botherway – who spearheads our I Heart Fishing campaign to get more new anglers in the sport – along with European river maestro, Rinko Oosterveen, who’s a Dutch record holder for a number of species.
We’ve also got out-and-out big fish hunters like Dai Gribble and Gary Knowles – who between them have a Personal Best list most can only dream about. Let’s not forget the naturally gifted fish catching machine Phil Spinks, either, or Mr Barbel himself, Ade Kiddell.
Brand manager Mat Woods is our resident carp expert and wordsmith, whilst media man Adam Firth loves a match type approach on commercial venues. It’s a great mix, and we cover all different styles of fishing and a massive variety of species.
In our Angler’s Mail blogs we’ll be keeping you up to speed on what the whole team has been up to. The highs, the lows, and all the fun stuff in-between. We’ll be giving you an insight to our favourite tactics, as well as revealing secret edges that give Team Korum the upper hand wherever we fish.
The great thing about fishing is that there’s always a tale to tell at the end of it. So check in with us here at Angler’s Mail and find out more in our special blog reports.
